Indicative Impressions

Sattva Dabaspete Gallery

Status: Upcoming - Sattva has not announced this layout; no K-RERA registration is shown as at 4 October 2026.

A Plotted Community in Impressions

The seven images on this page picture a plotted community from the front gate to the horizon: a gated entrance, a tree-lined avenue, a levelled corner plot, a clubhouse, a park trail, and the layout seen from above and at dusk. They are indicative artist's impressions of a plotted community and not Sattva's drawings for Dabaspete, which Sattva has not announced. In the same Bengaluru market, Sattva Ekatra helps keep the gallery review tied to design evidence rather than only the most polished render or model-flat image.

Dobbaspet Through the Day

Dobbaspet is a working highway town, and what a visitor sees there is set by four things that stay the same from one visit to the next. The first is Tumakuru Road (NH 48), which runs through the town and ties it to Nelamangala, Tumakuru and Bengaluru. The second is the Satellite Town Ring Road, which meets the highway here and runs east towards Doddaballapura and Hoskote; it has been open since March 2024. The third is the KIADB Dobbaspet industrial area, a few kilometres from the town centre, where plants such as Sami Labs and Jindal Aluminium operate. The fourth is Shivagange, the pilgrimage hill about 9 km away.

Around those four sit the everyday parts of a town: the bus stand at the NH 48 junction, the primary health centre, local schools and the railway halt on the Bengaluru-Tumakuru line. A weekday visit shows the industrial belt at work, and it is worth making before any purchase, because the neighbourhood is the part of a plot that no photograph can substitute for. The location page gives the road distances to each of these places from Dobbaspet town centre.

Sattva's Layouts in Pictures

Sattva's own project pages are where its registered layouts are shown, and the most recent is Sattva Ekatra at Thippapura near Doddaballapura. Sattva's page for it presents a clubhouse with a swimming pool, a gym, a pet park, a futsal court, a kids' play area and yoga spaces.

Sattva Green Groves, near the Nelamangala toll on the Bengaluru side of Dobbaspet, is the registered layout to see in person: it has 735 plots on 44.94 acres and a 25,000 sq ft clubhouse with a swimming pool. Seeing a Sattva layout on the ground is the surest way to judge road widths, planting and finish before Sattva announces anything at Dabaspete.

The amenities page lists what Green Groves and Ekatra offer, and the master plan page explains how to read a sanctioned layout plan.

About These Impressions

Each image on this page is an indicative artist's impression of a plotted community. None is a Sattva drawing, a sanctioned layout plan or a photograph of the Dabaspete land, and none shows a plot size, plot number or amenity that Sattva has announced. Sattva has not announced the layout, and no K-RERA registration is shown as at 4 October 2026. Official imagery will appear here once Sattva announces it; to be told when that happens, use the contact page.

Sattva Dabaspete Gallery FAQs

How do I register my interest in Sattva Dabaspete?

Use the contact page: enter your name, phone number, email and a short message about the plot size or budget you have in mind. That puts you on the list to hear when Sattva announces the layout. Nothing is booked or reserved by enquiring, and you do not need to pay anything.

Will Sattva Dabaspete have a clubhouse and amenities?

Sattva has announced no amenities for Dabaspete. At its earlier layout Sattva Green Groves, near Nelamangala, Sattva lists a 25,000 sq ft clubhouse with a swimming pool, 9 to 12 m looped roads, underground cabling and an eco sewage treatment plant. That is a past project, so treat it as a checklist of questions to put to Sattva about Dabaspete, not as a promise.

What is Sattva Dabaspete?

Sattva Dabaspete is a plotted development that Sattva Group is understood to be planning on about 100 acres at Dabaspete (Dobbaspet), Nelamangala taluk, at the meeting of Tumakuru Road (NH 48) and the Satellite Town Ring Road. Sattva has not announced this layout, and no K-RERA registration is shown for it as at 4 October 2026. Everything else on this site about the project is either the corridor, Sattva's record in named past projects, or buyer guidance.

Is Sattva Dabaspete the same as Sattva Green Groves?

No. Sattva Green Groves is a registered layout of 735 plots on 44.94 acres near the Nelamangala toll, on the Bengaluru side of Dobbaspet. Sattva Dabaspete is a different layout at Dobbaspet itself, and Sattva has not announced it. Green Groves appears on this site only as a named past project.

Where is Sattva Dabaspete located?

Dabaspete, also spelt Dobbaspet, is a town in Nelamangala taluk, Bangalore Rural district, with the PIN code 562111. It stands on NH 48 (Tumakuru Road), where the road meets the Satellite Town Ring Road. Because Sattva has not announced the parcel, all distances on this site are road distances from Dobbaspet town centre, and none is measured from the project.
